To get your real estate salesperson license, you must first qualify for and pass a written examination.
This is our preferred online school. There is an option to pay for a course that will not only give you additional tools to pass, but if you dont pass the first time they will pay until you do!

The third course, is an elective, we chose finance because of its practicality. (its also the only podcast available)

Choose An Association of Realtors
After Passing your state exam, you’ll need to join an association of REALTORS if you want to have all the benefits of a real estate agent.Showing Homes, Having the database of Contracts at your fingertips. If you’re in Sacramento , you can join the Sacramento Association of REALTORS, or if you’re in the Bay Area, you’ve got options. I chose the Contra Costa Association of REALTORS.
